I've had almost the same discussion with my doctor over sun exposure. He says that it's important to have 15-30 of sun exposure each day to absorb the vitimans you need from the sun. I have always avoided that much sun exposure becaus I burn easily. He suggested the best thing would be to get that exposure during the early morning hours when I was less likely to burn, then apply sun screen. Always wear eye protection and sunscreen after 10 am. |
