I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes, but I have a question about circulation in general. I hope it's alright to post it here.

Is it a circulation problem that causes a loss of feeling or tingling in fingers while sleeping? I often wake up with my two smallest fingers of either hand either tingling or without feeling in them.

My doctor suggested it wasn't a problem.
