This is an amazing place to get all kinds of different information. As a mom with diabetes my daughter went with me to every diabetic education meeting there was. My hubby went and become literally my life coach on it.
I can say that a good day planner is a much needed tool, a good meter is a must. MAke usre when your mom gets her meter you know how to use it too..
