Gout Gout is caused primarily from high concetratyions of enriched proteins. These create little needle like splinters that attack teh delicate tissue in cartilidge. Most noteably teh large toe. this is due to constinued blood profusun and weight bearance.
Gout sometimes accompanies thsoe who have Microabinuria, or elevated proteins because their kidneys are not filtering proteins but rather concentrating them.
Often this is a sign of end stage renal disease.
Gout buy itself when there is no presebnce of diabetes is caused by teh chronic excessive amounts of proteins, Mostkly from organ meats which also have a cbinding chemical of corticpsteroids that are different than pain reduction Corts.
Liver, kidney, chopped liver, kidney pie, etc are a connecting cause.
