If you are in an area that ahs a diabetic suport group, I encourage you and hm to go together. The local hospitals all over the world now offer diabetes self managment classes. IN some states and insurances its mandatory. Both of you shoudl go as well.
But if you or your dad is not able to go, there are diabetics like myself who are also willing and able, aside from being diabetes educators( like myself) to be that one on one support,
